Refund Policy
Effective date: June 11, 2026
Overview
All fees paid to RBNL Global Solutions are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law. By purchasing any product, subscription, or service from RBNL, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access through the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Setup and Onboarding Fees
One-time setup, onboarding, and implementation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund of the setup fee will be issued within 10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered at RBNL’s sole discretion in cases of documented billing errors, duplicate charges, or service outages attributable to RBNL that materially impair the use of the platform. To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@rbnlglobal.com.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting RBNL may result in immediate suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.
