1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, product, platform, or service operated by RBNL Global Solutions (“RBNL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

RBNL Global Solutions provides business automation software, CRM configuration, AI-powered tools, website and funnel development, reputation management workflows, and related professional services. Services may be provided directly or through third-party platforms including Pietra CRM and Lead Connector.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent. By using our services, you represent and warrant that these conditions are met.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@rbnlglobal.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) in violation of applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA.
• Transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services or any underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are set out in your applicable order form, statement of work, or subscription agreement. All fees are due as specified and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise. RBNL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos on this website and within our services are the property of RBNL Global Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. See our Trademark Policy for details.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms (including but not limited to Google, Meta, Stripe, Twilio, and OpenAI). RBNL is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RBNL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RBNL GLOBAL SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO RBNL IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RBNL Global Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

RBNL may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the arbitration shall take place in Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

14. Changes to These Terms

RBNL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
